“A person who knowingly and willfully makes a false report of child abuse, abandonment, or neglect, or who advises another to make such a report, commits a felony of the third degree…”
Penalty:
Up to $5,000 in fines
Plus possible civil liability for damages

RECEIPTS: This afternoon DCF came to my house — but this wasn’t just a child welfare check.
Two officers accompanied the investigator, ran license plates in the driveway, and were caught on camera saying:
“That’s the guy who was recording us last Friday during the police activity.”
