Something’s up.

Just got a call from a PBSO detective saying he has court paperwork to serve me — but couldn’t say who it’s from.

Given the timing, all signs point to Dr. Vernicka Murray.

Why? Because I exposed her for violating district policy, abusing power, and trying to silence a parent with a private attorney.

If this is what it looks like — an injunction filed to retaliate against protected speech — it won’t hold.

We’ve documented everything.

We’re ready for court.

And we’re not backing down.

Since April 29, here’s what we’ve exposed and documented:

• Dr. Vernicka Murray violated district policy by hiring a private attorney outside of the school board’s legal counsel.

• That private attorney sent me a retaliatory, threatening cease-and-desist letter.

• Dr. Murray repeatedly blocked me on her official social media accounts, which are designated public forums — clear viewpoint discrimination.

• She issued an unlawful trespass warning limiting my access to school property, improperly served and without proper response to my objections.

• Attempts to intimidate and silence me through legal threats and administrative maneuvers.

• Evidence of her efforts to bypass strict district vendor guidelines by proposing a trade of services (T-shirts) in lieu of payment for the 5th-grade Washington DC field trip fees.

• Documentation of her failure to comply with public records requests and obstruction of transparency.

• Florida Department of Education findings and investigations that highlight misconduct and policy violations.

• Multiple documented instances of interference with my parentalrights and communication with my children.

• Records showing frequent school disruptions and lack of accountability during her administrative oversight.

• Exposing misuse of official social media accounts to silence parents raising legitimate concerns.

• Consistent pattern of retaliatory behavior when confronted with legal and public accountability.

Every action I’ve taken is backed by constitutional protections, legal precedent, and public policy.

Prepared to legally challenge any retaliatory injunctions and fight for justice, transparency, and parental rights.

Retaliation will not silence us. The truth will prevail.
