🚨 WHO’S PAYING FOR PRIVATE LAWSUITS?
Why are taxpayer-funded school resources showing up in personal legal filings?
One local school administrator appears to have submitted legal documents on school paper, with graduation-related notes still printed on the back.
This discovery raises serious ethical concerns:
📌 Were district printers, paper, and time used to support a personal lawsuit?
📌 Was this done on school hours — while students needed leadership and attention?
📌 Is The School District of Palm Beach County aware of this?
Florida’s Code of Ethics for Educators and the Palm Beach County School Board Policy 3.02 prohibit misuse of public funds and resources — even more so when it involves personal legal matters that have nothing to do with student welfare or district operations.
🕵️♂️ Public records requests are now underway to determine whether there has been misuse of school property and potential violation of ethics policy or Florida law.
This is about the responsible use of taxpayer resources, trust in public education, and ensuring our school leaders are held to the same standards as the students they guide.
The public deserves transparency.
The community deserves accountability.
