Another Officer, Same Pattern: Sgt. Henry (#1277)
Just now received a call from Sgt. Henry (#1277) regarding the complaint I filed against Officer Boggs and Officer Cade for violating my rights at my daughter’s graduation.
At first, Sgt. Henry seemed respectful — but the moment I asserted my rights and told him that laws and constitutional protections outweigh personal opinion, everything changed.
“Your opinion doesn’t override the law — that’s exactly why the Constitution exists.”
He immediately became defensive, and his tone shifted to one of dismissiveness and frustration. This is another example of officers acting as if they’re above the law, instead of upholding it.
These public servants seem more interested in defending each other than in defending the rights of the people they serve.
I will not back down.
I will continue to file, speak up, and stand firm until accountability is served — from the officers on the street to the ones behind the desk.
