• Pursuant to Article I, Section 24 of the Florida Constitution and Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, I hereby submit this formal request for public records related to a civil rights incident involving Officer Tracy Boggs (Badge #1107).

      The incident occurred on Tuesday, May 27, 2025, between 8:10 a.m. and 8:45 a.m., at Washington Elementary School, 1709 West 30th Street, Riviera Beach, Florida.

      Records Requested:

      1. All body-worn camera footage from Officer Tracy Boggs and any other officers present during the timeframe.

      2. All dispatch and radio communications, including:

        • Audio recordings

        • Transcripts or dispatcher notes

        • CAD (Computer Aided Dispatch) logs

      3. Any written documentation, including:

        • Incident or arrest reports

        • Officer narratives

        • Supplementary reports

      4. A copy of Officer Tracy Boggs’ surety bond or liability insurance, including:

        • Bond number

        • Issuing entity

        • Coverage limits and terms

        • Dates of validity

      5. Any internal complaints, disciplinary actions, or use-of-force records relevant to this incident or any similar prior allegations.

      We request these records be provided in electronic format (PDF, MP3, MP4, etc.) and delivered via email.
