Pursuant to Florida Public Records Law (Chapter 119, Florida Statutes), I am requesting copies of all “No Trespass” warnings or letters issued by Dr. Vernicka R. Murray, principal of Washington Elementary School in Riviera Beach, from the start of her administration in 2021 through the present.

This request is made in the public interest. I have received multiple accounts from former staff indicating that Dr. Murray has a pattern of issuing trespass warnings to parents who speak up, advocate for their children, or challenge administrative actions. This raises concerns about the potential misuse of trespass authority to silence parent involvement and community oversight.

For each trespass warning issued, please provide:

-Name of recipient
-Date of issuance
-Reason or incident leading to the trespass
-Duration or conditions of the restriction
-Any related incident reports, complaints, or internal emails
